We caught up with Business and Innovation Director, Sam Luscombe, to discuss how Luscombe Motors has successfully pivoted from a traditional business to an enhanced digital retail group.
Deploying a new website (by mtc.) and eCommerce platform (by SilverBullet), retail customers are enabled to seamlessly browse both new and used vehicles in stock, get an accurate trade-in value for their current car, add on aftercare products, submit a new or used car finance application and set their delivery or collection preferences.
Sam also discusses how the business has navigated the choppy waters in the automotive space since March 2020 and gives a view to Luscombes' five year vision.
