SilverBullet is excited to announce our latest partnership with used car platform heycar.

heycar is driving change in the used car market by giving more customers the power to purchase online - through a partnership with leading automotive technology supplier SilverBullet.
As the industry faces widespread upheaval due to the coronavirus crisis, heycar found a third of its users now expect to be able to buy a vehicle from the comfort of their own home.
By adopting SilverBullet’s ecommerce solutions, heycar visitors can now benefit from the ability to complete more of their purchases online.
The partnership allows customers to get all the paperwork out of the way before setting foot in a dealership including reserving the car of their choice, applying for finance and getting a part exchange quote.
Used car marketplace heycar has over 3,700 dealerships on its network. This is the first step of a wider strategy with which heycar seeks to support customers in completing more of the car buying journey seamlessly online.
Retailers who already benefit from the SilverBullet product on their own website can now achieve the same results through the new and disruptive heycar platform. According to SilverBullet, retailers who utilise their ecommerce solutions see finance penetration rates as high as 90%.
With negotiation removed from the process consumers report a more enjoyable experience while the margins are higher for the retailer. At the same time there is a significant reduction in cost of sale as consumers complete the deal themselves alongside increased CSI scores as they enjoy full transparency and control over their deals.
